Hi Annie I'm so glad you made the bread! When you store it to eat you don't want to wrap it in cello wrap it will get soft. Foil or just a brown paper bag is the best! For the freezer, a ziplock will do best if its going to be in there for a while, then when you defrost it, leave it out of the bag to thaw. Then pop it in the oven for about 7-10 minutes to crisp it back up! feel free to email me directly if you have any other question drayden4@verizon.net Dennis
